JD Classics is once again taking part in the Monaco Historique this May. Our successful outing at this premier Bi annual classic racing event in 2012 produced a win in the Series C race for pre 1953 Prototype sports cars. We achieved this with the ex Fangio Jaguar C Type, a very well known car which continues to turn heads at all its outings, including Mille Miglia, and is one of the most successful cars of its period and indeed won its last major event at the Goodwood Revival 2013.
We return in May 2014 with the Fangio C Type Jaguar and this year our 1954 Cooper Jaguar T33. This car is one of only 2 T33s built and Coopers first sportscar. This car too is a Goodwood Revival winner. Regularly driven and raced by JD Classics Founder/Owner Derek Hood, it too is a well known Mille Miglia car and along with the C Type both cars leave and enter the 2014 Mille Miglia some 5 days after their racing at Monaco!
The 1954 Cooper Jaguar T33 will make an appearance at this year's bi-annual Monaco Historique.
