The enthusiastic owners and their classic and supercars keep arriving at our Breakfast open mornings. And the star supercar of the October event was a surprise visit by the famous Willment/Ghia 427 Coupé.
This supersonic 200mph supercar was the brainchild of John Willment. Willment married a Savonuzzi designed Ghia body with an AC Cobra competition chassis, and finished it off with a Holman and Moody 427 Nascar engine. There isn't another supercar quite like it and it was a great thrill to have it visit.
So with the November event coming soon (our last one this year) we've got our fingers crossed for a few more very pleasant surprises. So here's to a crisp autumnal morning that'll encourage owners to take a spin in a classic or supercar and join us for another special morning enjoying breakfast at JD’s.
